- GLOVent standard support hours are Monday to Thursday from 08h00 to 17h00 and Friday from 08h00 to 16h00 (excluding South African public holidays).
- Our office also usually close once a year over the Christmas / New Year period, but the exact dates will be communicated to all clients in advance.

- Please indicate if this is an emergency (urgent response is required). Emergency requests will be escalated to the relevant individuals in the GLOVent Team. Non-emergencies will be handled as soon as possible during office hours.
