- GLOVent Standard Support hours are Monday to Thursday from 08h00 to 17h00 and Friday from 08h00 to 16h00 (excluding South African Public Holidays).
- Our office also usually close once a year over the Christmas / New Year period, but the exact dates will be communicated to all clients in advance.

After Hours Support
- Please submit a support request through the support request form on this page. We will be notified accordingly.
- Please indicate if this is an emergency (urgent response is required) or not, in which case we will be responding as soon as possible in office hours.
- If you do not receive the desired response after submitting your query through the support request form, please contact your Account Manager on his/her mobile.
